At this point my weight was 123kg, now being that I was severely ill my weight increased till it plateaued out at 131kg, my doctor (a kidney specialist) said I need a weight of 119kg before he could realistically start doing the work up for my transplant (as my brother is kind enough to be my donor I get to bypass the waiting list) and today is that day, after coming off dialysis my dry weight was 118.8kg!!! I am so happy and wanted to share with you guys ^^

    and i think its very kind and brave of your brother that he will donate a kidney! that sure makes it easyer.

    so when will this happen?

    It will still take months for them to do the write up, and I have to lose a bit more weight before that happens, but the ball is finally rolling which I am overjoyed about.
