Part of why I decided to do the 365 things is to help get new experiences, stay motivated, and make memories. I'm happy to say that it's only been a month and already it has succeeded. I might fail somewhere along the way, but it's encouraging for now at least!
I'll do a sum up of the things I did to celebrate my accomplishments because I am happy for myself!
April:
I came up with an art prompt for the Artination Prompts run by Agent Proto. It was to draw a Pokemon as a human or a Final Fantasy character as a Pokemon.
I learned about anxiety and panic disorder and what kinds of support is out there for people.
I pulled an all-nighter hoping it would help me adjust to Michael's schedule for the visit.
I made a list of 10 things I'm happy about in my life to try and stay positive.
I tried a new restaurant in Maryland that wasn't so great, but I'm still glad to have had the experience.
I went on a road trip from upstate SC to Boston MA and saw some very pretty scenery.
I had a tickle fight with Michael which he absolutely loved.
I threw him a fun birthday party which was pirate themed!
I brought him to the park and watched him play for hours.
I also had a pillow fight with him which was incredibly fun.
I blew bubbles which I hadn't done in years, and he chased them around and popped them.
I had a root beer float which I hadn't had in a very long time and was pleasantly surprised.
I played some car games on the very long car ride home from Boston.
I painted my toenails my two favorite colours, which is still there.
I read some good news about a man reuniting with his dog after his hospital visit.
I ate a spoonful of honey hoping it would help my sore throat.
I complimented someone I appreciate and want to try and make that a more regular habit.
I attempted to write the word Love in Japanese kanji, which I hope I did correctly.
I bought some special teas and the first one I tried was Black Cherry Berry.
I painted/dyed some Easter eggs which was my first time doing it without someone else prepping everything.
I went 24 hours without watching the TV which was surprisingly easy.
I posted up a thread in each of the Final Fantasy forums right here on EoFF.
I tried a new kind of cereal which wasn't as good as I had hoped.
I learned the word Lassitude and hopefully correctly used it in conversation.
I tried a new video game, Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Zombie Ninja Pro-Am, and I'll be okay if I never play it again.
I tried a new kind of juice, Mango Lemonade, which I actually really like!
I gave sushi another try and found out I still don't like it.
I played charades for the first time ever.
And finally, I learned about the adorable Arctic Fox which is smaller than I thought.
