You would think that it's evey subs dream to show up to work and pop in a movie. It isn't. I'm so bored! I Am Legend was good in first period, but I really did not need to watch it again immediatley after.

And could they drag out the dog thing any longer? I will not cry in front of the teenagers, I will not cry in front of the teenagers, I will not cry in front of the teenagers.

smurf teenagers. And the kid in the back is a dick. He looks like a nice nerdy kid, but he is a dick.

Not that today isn't going well. At this point I'm basically being paid to blog in mildly annoying surroundings.

When I was in high school, if an adult saw your phone they would either take it and write you a referral or escort you directly to the office. Now kids walk around talking on their phone, they keep them out in class and are often aloud to use them. I think I saw a kid playing Call of Duty or something. Three kids near the back are charging their phones right now. Way to make me feel old, you little bastards.

Man this movie is harsh. What does the summary say? "The story of Robert Neville and his ty, ty life" is what it smurfing says. At leas Will Smith is good eyecandy.

Anyway, I normally wouldn't be using my phone at work. Really, I'm all about being a good role model. No, I'm not being sarcastic. But this teacher left in the sub plan that they can listen to music or text or whatever and I can only watch that dog die so many times so smurf it. I'm smurfing it so hard that I'm chewing gum.

This class is seriously not over for another 40 minutes. Stupid block sceduling.

    I'm reading a book that says "cock" at least once per page; I already have no shame.

    During the video they have to answer questions related to the virus. It's a stretch, but it fits in the biology curriculum. This teacher does show a lot of movies, but she still gets her students to perform better on tests than any other teacher in the school so you can't really complain.

    Oh, also, Cid teaches here.

    Not seriously or in a way that goes too far into creepyland. When I taught one of my students was clearly in love with me and got teased about it by the other kids. It was so cute.

    The high schoolers are usually too up their own ass to even notice I'm there unless I'm smacking them with a meter stick.

    I didn't look for Cid. I was sleepy and went home as soon as possible!

    California thing? Maybe. It's certainly not just that school.

    At my school you had to pay a $15 fine to get your cellphone back. A couple of teachers took advantage of it and charged $10 not to take it to the office xD

    That's how it is up at my highschool in colorado. Phones are allowed to an extent (it depends on the teacher) and iPods are allowed by most teachers. I feel you about the IamLegend thing, It was fantastic the first time but after a while it couldn't end fast enough.
