I am so excited.!

The dough is rising atm........takes a few hours so i thought i'd write a blog! about pizza!

the dough should make two pizzas so i am thinking ham and oyster mushroom on one (i dunno how well oyster mushroom goes on pizza and ive never had it before but it was on sale so i grabbed it!) and pepperoni and mozz on t'other? The toppings arent important for this experiment because Im concentrating on the sauce!

Ive never made sauce before!!

I am so excited.!

I NEED TOPPING IDEAS! INTERESTING ONES......please?

    I like to make buffalo chicken pizza. I'm too lazy to make my own crust, but I make the sauce by mixing half and half Frank's Buffalo Sauce and either ranch or bleu cheese dressing. I usually add a little cilantro or oregano as well. Other than that I just top it with normal chicken and a cheese.

    I also like to make chicken bacon ranch which just has ranch dressing as a topping. I usually cook the bacon until it make crispy bacon bits and the rest is standard.

    I don't really go in for standard sauces most of the time, though I think I might try a pesto sauce sometime soon.

    Sounds good dude, but it becomes 100x better when you make your own crust/sauce!

    Pesto sauce is awesome I'm going to have to try that for sure
