Do you every browse megacritic just to see the difference in opinion from critics and gamers? I just looked up Tears to Tiara 2, a game I am very much enjoying, and the results were pretty amusing.

I wonder what causes these kinds of differences? Are the reviewers disconnected from what the fans want? Is it just a game that only the fans will give a good review to? Interesting either way

    But you know, when you look at the critic reviews, they're not really scathing or anything. Mostly they just tell you the games are really niche and should appeal to fans of the genre. So critics are kinda trying to evaluate the games against the whole gaming market, while fans are raving about it since they're fans of the genre and the game delivers everything they expect.
