this isn't important enough to make a thread about but a judge ruled that an atheist dressed up as Muhammad was wrong, and that being assaulted by a moslem was okay.

I think my summary was hyperbolic.

    State lower court judges can be monumentally stupid.

    The judge probably ruled against him since he was an atheist, I'm guessing.

    That should be irrelevant. He was exercising his freedom of expression.
    I can't remember the details but I hope he appeals.
