Sleep!

I got a decent amount of sleep yesterday. I wake up for work feeling as if I drank a whole fifth of vodka.

Today I got less sleep, got woken up often by various things, and had to show up an hour earlier than normal for work today. I feel great.

How does that work?

    It works the same way as magnets man: I don't smurfing know.

    Sleep cycles. Waking up after one ends but before another starts means you'll feel fine when you wake up. Waking up in the middle of one makes you drowsy.

    i always wake up before my alarm.
    Mostly an hour or 5 minutes, and it feels good to know that i can close my eyes again for another small hour when i look at the clock

    i guess thats a sort of trauma becaus of that anoying beeping sound :P
    but thank god i have an ipod doc now, so i get up with some lovely slow music.
