Well, they should. He's a smurfing god I haven't read any issue, actually. They mostly sell crappy teenage magazines here. The ones which actually give a rat's ugly arse what Paris Hilton and Hilary Duff do.
No, Rantzien, Bob Dylan has not been featured in every Rolling Stone since its inception. There is a possibility that he has been mentioned in many—for example, in issue 639, Mr. Tambourine Man is listed as on of Hunter[S. Thompson]'s anthems, and one of his albums is mentioned in the Bob Marley article—but he has not been featured in all of them.
Doesn't Rolling Stone feature Dylan in like every issue? I remember reading their list of his 50 best songs according to them. I disagreed with most of it Edit: It might have been 100, actually.
