I’ll give the wrist thing a try, I guess.

I’m feeling fine, but my nose has been clogged up for the past couple of days. Of course, I take the necessary procedures to unclog it, but it gets clogged pretty quickly. Also, this is really disgusting, but I wake up with all that dried gunk in my nostrils. Ewww. It’s like a crystal mine or something. Have to breath through me mouthies.

Hmm, like... I think it was comfortable by Monday, and the entire arm had gone down by Wednesday. So not too long.

Can't you just give yourself a little slap on the wrist? Also:

1.) Are you sick or has your nose just decided to be blocked up today?
2.) How long did it take for your armhand to go back to normal size?

That's a little extreme, but if you feel like you most, don't poke a hole or anything.

There is a lot of pressure, lemme tell YOU. Although it's not like I can really threaten you with anything to keep you from doing it. Hmm.
