Ah okay I looked it up and it's not permanant removal, but permanent reduction. So you'd have to go in for multiple treatments anyways my computer is smurfing up and I know you can look it up yourself sorry bye! =D

You go to this doctor person and they zap all the hairs away. I'm pretty sure it's permanent, but not 100% sure. If not permanent, then pretty smurfing clothes. I'm not sure about how painful it is or anything, or if it's just like you go in once and it's over, or maybe a few times. But it gets the hair out from the root, and it won't grow back.

EW I tried plucking as well. Not on my legs, but just on my arms. The result was better than shaving but it just tAKES way too long.
