YEAH it was great I got to watch it being made and I could feel in my mouth doing that thing you know: big sea salt and some weird seaweed and other stuff.

It was red. Elephant tuna or something. Maybe bull tuna. I don’t know if those are actual words for real tuna, but the man used the name of an animal before saying the word tuna (as a word to describe the tuna, rather than it being the meat of the actual animal)

Tuna tartar is really great. It probably wasn't that kind of tuna though? Either way, that souns FULL OF FLAVOR and interesting.
