If you wanted to, you probably could. Schools seem to like offering trips to countries like that. There are lots of places you could go to. Although I suppose that even if the school didn't have an exchange program, you could just TRANSFER maybe.

That sounds pretty interesting. Where do you go like, Zaïre or something?

Well, a lot of colleges offer a program that lets you study at another college in another country. They're usually in semester..."blocks"--so it's something like 3 months. 3 or 6 months, I'm not sure. I think you could do it for longer if you wanted to. but that's not the point. The courses that you take in the other country still count towards getting your degree. And I think there are one or two classes that you HAVE to take, but I think otherwise it's just the same.

This is only what I've gathered, though, from various presentations and SUCHY SUCH.

I'm not completely sure at this point. I mean, I can think of a couple places that I would really like to go to. I'm really interested in an exchange program. Semester abroad or something. My English teacher really really recommends it.
