You can get wasted if you fall off a really tall building. In San Andreas, I got the parachute from the one building in Los Santas then parachuted down to the top of the building with the rocket launcher on it. I got the rocket launcher, but I had no way of getting down. Like, I tried many ways, but each time I died, so I had to reload and try again. I eventually gave up, and used the Dodo to land on the roof. By that time, of course, I had already obtained my pilot license; however, I had not yet met Mike Toreno!
