That is probably the most comfortable way... if only temporarily. Even then the aches come quickly. Aches in my bones.

Have you tried reading on your stomach on the bed?

Just as I feared. Perhaps my body is just not the right shape for reading in bed. Not that reading in a chair is anymore comfortable. :-\

The bed is pretty much the only place I do read! But it can be bad, if you want to actually lie down. I usually put a pillow or two behind my back, though. That makes it easier. Otherwise it gets tiring holding up the book.

Speaking of which, how the smurf do you read in bed? I’m not trying to be rude or dirty or anything I just can’t seem to be able to read in bed without becoming uncomfortable. Which is a shame, because people make it out as such a great place to read.
