And find a seafood supplier. Unless I can find them in a supermarket, I suppose. Then again, I don’t really trust supermarket seafood (except for mussels).

It shouldn’t actually be a problem, since I don’t know the recipe off by heart. All I have to do really is get an American recipe, and I’ll be set.

Oh, I don't know. You explained yourself anyways, so for the moment that's all that matters. It shouldn't be a problem, though. Since we have measuring stuff and whatever here. It's just numbers.

Also cooking in imperial might be confusing. I have done it successfully before but it was many years ago. I was much more ambitious back then.
