In the opening of Vice City, Victor Vance has a sort of Latino accent; however, in Vice City Stories he sounds like a real black man.

I wonder if it was always like that, or if it developed. I don't like when accents change. Especialy on purpose. Like Mel Gibson. Traitor.

It’s kind of like... flat and short. Flatter than British and shorter than Australian. Not Mitch’s, I haven't heard that one and maybe Mitch’s is different, I’m just saying from what I have heard. Also, BoB’s sounds closer to Australian than anybody I know. Could be the recording smurfing it up, though.

Yeah seriously. Irish accents are...well, not pleasant on MY ears. From what I've heard, I like New Zealand. Although Mitch has an interesting voice. At first it sounded like he didn't really have one at all.

I do have a New Zealander accent, though. Well, not that it’s worse than an Irish accent. That’s almost a different language.

At least you don't have the accent.
