I have cheated on a GTA game since GTA1. Not cheated seriously, anyway. I just... my cousin was doing this mission the other day and I was like You're almost dead and he was all scared and was punched in the health cheat and he was like That was close! I walked away in shame.

Drinking lots of beer seems to give you seemingly large amounts of piss. It's like an infinite ammo cheat.

That would definitely make the game more interesting. I am like a revolutionary card player. What makes it better is that I'm sober and completely sane when I do it. It's an actual rule of mine, rather than just a burst of stupidity to get a few laughs from my bulky, sports playing friends.
