Just losing my mind.

I feel more awake, anyways. I know I complain so much about it, but my back's just totally smurfed right now. I was doing good with those EXERCISES and all, and they were helping, but last night I watched a movie in a horrible position for about 2 hours, so sleeping was a nightmare. I'll just have to crusade through today and and not make anymore dumb mistakes.

Is it better, now that you have eaten?
