Dying is all they're good for. It's way better when the person who saves the day has arthritis.

It's been done too many times for it to be special and cool anymore. And I like middle agers. I like it when they bleed.

I think it is supposed to suggest that the character is something special, that they can still be that good but only be a kid.

I know what you mean, though. It's also cool when you get some old codgers defying age to be the awesome people.

Middle agers are so boring though.

I was never so deluded into thinking that I could save the world, though. smurfing hell books like that piss me off. Where the adults are all stupid, and some young ass has crazy luck and somehow avoids death.
