I missed him when he had only been gone for 2 days.

Of course he wasn't bothered.

Okay....I think I can understand what you mean. There are still a few people who when I call them by their first name, it's weird. If I ever became friends with BoB I don't think I could call him anything else. Not Daniel. No way.
