Don't be embarrassed. Some people will never get into him! I didn't really like him, or wasn't very interested in him, until you started talking a lot about him anyways.

Yeah I was really into them a couple of years ago. I try to get back into the swing of things every now and again but it just doesn't work. Maybe it's because Pearl Jam brought out Pearl Jam. Or because I'm into Beck now. I only got into Beck last year, when I saw Loser on television. :-[

Did you ever like The Vines? I was really into them a few years ago and I don't know what happened.

I don't know. I'd say he's been to Australia. I'm not sure about New Zealand, though. Actually I'm pretty sure The Vines opened for Beck and The Flaming Lips at an Australian show. Still. To me, Beck playing a show in Australia might as well be Beck playing a show in France.

I've never been to one of his live shows, either. I don't know.

But you SHOULD hate someone based on whether you can smell them or not. Man. Sorry. It's just that I really haven't seen a whole lot of Beck stuff so I can't really comment on what you're talking about.

He didn't say he hated them. He just said he could smell them. It was at Bonaaoroo (I can't spell it)

I wonder if he's related to Eric Cartman.

He was quite upset the album had not yet been re-released. I can't remember his words exactly. It was in some MTV interview.

It was the one when he said something about how he could smell hippies.
