Yeah, that's pretty much it. I know in West Auckland that the gangs are formed to protect themselves from other gangs. Which is pretty stupid, if you think about it. I remember once a biker gang lived across the road from me

All organized Asian gangs in New Zealand hail back to Asian circuits. There are asian street gang possibly authentic to New Zealand but they seem to lack success and usually end up not going anywhere

Is that why they have organized that gang? That I have forgotten the name of.
