And embarrassing things, too. Like I’ll think of something from years ago and start calling myself stupid for it. Then UGH why did I remember it? It starts from the bull going from one thing to another. ...almost evolving. Gah!

Yeah. Thinking about that kind of stuff gets me really hyper, when I'm trying to fall asleep.

Do you ever just start thinking about complete bull? And then thinking: hey, maybe if I didn’t think about this, I would go to sleep. So stop thinking... only to find that a few minutes later, the bull has started again.

I never tried anything. I just try to lie as still as possible and hope for the best and there is a bird in this room and it won't shut up unless I go over and make noises at it and talk to it and I want it to stop.
