Not everything, but definitely a lot. And why not? When you can’t sleep, you have a lot of time to burn.
Fortunately the problem isn’t as severe now as it used to be, though. These days I really just have trouble getting to sleep, rather than entire sleepless nights and what not.

Maybe you can do some self-hypnosis.

I hate going to bed at 10, and rolling around for a while, and not sleeping, and then saying smurf THIS WHY AM I STILL AWAKE? and then going to get a glass of water and it is 4AM in the morning. Work in 4 hours, and I still haven’t recovered from the last one!

I'm fine with people being lucky like that as long as they KNOW they're lucky, and they have it good. But yes, when they complain, they need a good whoopin'.

Yes. God smurf knows it takes forever. Someone was complaining that it takes them half an hour to get to sleep. What I would give for that!
