Hmm. My mom is a dental assistant and I asked her about them, and she said they only remove them if there's a problem. Like they get infected.

I don’t know how long the tips have been there, but they have been there for smurfing ages. Very recently they became bigger (I know this, because I run my tongue over them pretty much every day. At first I thought they were teeth that had just crumbled to stumps... weirdly. But when they started getting bigger instead of smaller... :frust, but they are still pretty much just ‘‘tiny icebergs.’’ Perhaps I still have a little while longer in safety? Like someone with cancer.

I wonder how long it takes for them to grow.

smurf. I guess I pretty much should hope for the better, since the best (them not growing at all) seems like a lost dream. Stupid mouth.

Yeah, you can live with them. If they don't screw up the rest of your teeth or mouth or whatever, you don't need to get them taken out.

Is it possible to live with them? How can you tell if they need to be removed? I don’t want to smurfing go to a ting dentist.

I think they might be, unfortunately. I noticed points a while ago, and just denied their existence. But recently they have gotten bigger, and harder to ignore...
