See, down here, dying of fatness seems absurd. RIDICULOUS. We couldn’t believe it, at first. It just didn’t seem possible. But... it didn’t stop. Why would they be making this up?

When the fat guy on the movie was offered some marijuana by the Jamaicans, he declined because he said it makes him hungry (and he proceeded to rub his belly). Cut to a scene of him and the Jamaicans punctuating laughter with Buffalo wings. I do believe that the man that made this character seem so real died of FATNESS (terrible syndrome) several years later. Am I making this all up?
