I get about 2 sets done in the 7 minutes. But before I only did each circuit once instead of twice, so it was like pre-pre-training and I did that for 2 weeks. This week I'm going for the full 28 minutes. I also need a minute break between each instead of 30 seconds, but I'm getting there!

It's super difficult, but I just picture all the skinny women who make me feel sad about my body and that keeps me motivated x)
