I think so but I've never used it. I need a lot of sleep when I'm sick to recover, so NyQuil was a lifesaver this weekend. I was still sick yesterday for school but I was much better than I could have been

Nope, it's just great at knocking you out if you have trouble sleeping.

I mean, don't RELY on it or anything, you want to be able to sleep without it, but if it's just a really bad night and you really need some sleep, it's pretty helpful
