Seriously, I don't think I've ever disliked a character so much. But I kinda love that about him. You can count on JK to make you truly despise a character and make it feel so good.

Still, I really don't feel like I can ship Robin and Cormoran together? I mean, I love their relationship overall, but for some reason I really don't think it could ever work out romantically.

He is the worst scumbag. He gives Umbridge a run for her money, tbh

But yeah, by the third book, Robin is one of my favorite book protagonists ever.


I mean, technically she's a deuteragonist, but you know what I mean

Well, that's good! I wonder what you'll think of it once you're done. I think it had my favorite mystery in the series, though the one in the third book is also great. Of course, overall I feel The Career of Evil is the best of the bunch, but that's mostly because there's just SO MUCH character stuff going on! I can't remember what happened with Strike and Robin in the Silkworm, to be honest
