Wtf? That's insane. I feel like at this point they are intentionally keeping the youth uneducated so they can manipulate them more. :/ No wonder there is a strong streets of anti-intellectualism in the USA. :/

As much as MTL is an awesome city, you need French to do well here. But it depends really. If you want more plains and trout there is the Praries. It'd be like you didn't move at all, especially Alberta! It is like Canada's Conservative South!
