Well I didn't get up for a run this morning... I was making good progress on my Survivor difficulty play through of The Last of Us and didn't get to bed until midnight. Whoops! I've said I'm not putting too much pressure on myself this year though. Gonna keep eating right and exercise when I can. No diets, just a lifestyle change!

I will go for at least one run this week. I'm gonna aim for 30 minutes on my 5K in March. We'll see if I can get it! Won't be running before Wed though. It's Sophie's birthday tomorrow and I've got something really special planned for her! Hope she likes it

That is a decent time! Especially if it's only week 4.

I haven't ran in a long time. I've been a little slack since the new year. I have been exercising though! I've used the exercise bike a lot and I've been to the gym. I'm at work at 9:30am but I'm gonna attempt a run beforehand to get me back in to it. My ankles are the bane of my life. Scared of breaking them! I've been watching my food intake though. MFP is great for tracking.
