    You have a lot going on in your life, dear. I think I understand why you're having a tough time of it. I know neither of these are permanent fixes, but you're going on vacation soon and summer's coming. That will help some. I think you know a couple of winters ago I was super depressed, and really, the only thing that got me through it was me deciding that I wasn't going to LET myself be depressed anymore. I'm not saying that's helpful, but I know you have willpower and aren't weak.
