The trick with childrens literature is to support your argument using the pictures. So much is loaded in them.

Exegesis is a critical explanation or interpretation of a text or portion of a text.

Sounds pretty easy actually. Find three or four examples about your point, show how it supports your thesis. Repeat for each text, add some transitions, opening and a conclusion and you are done.

At least this is the hardest round to keep track of.
