Unfortunately it displays best in Internet Explorer. That thread is pretty much the only thing Internet Explorer is still useful for. Other browsers still don't seem to understand how to handle marquees properly, and I think I used some filter effects that only ever worked in IE.

You would love this thread. There are a couple others like that in the archives but I'm too lazy to find them right now. One of them hasn't worked since vB3.0 unfortunately; it is now too complex for vBulletin's increasingly poor code parser to handle.
