No, I agree. It just seems like a lot of people kept saying George Zimmerman was white, when he was obviously Hispanic. Maybe he involved himself with "white" culture? I dunno.

Tati is actually really lucky in those regards, and it's no surprise that she's pretty colour-blind. All of my first cousins are adopted (Tati is my cousin Ariel's daughter) and we have a really diverse family. One of my cousins is Colombian and Indian, another was born in China, and the rest are Puerto Rican/Hispanic (although racist people of colour would probably say they're white, the way people were saying that George Zimmerman was white even though he was Hispanic, just because he had a "white" last name). And of course her mother is Hispanic and Black.

Thanks for you comment on my blog post. My cousin, Tatianna, is like the sweetest kid ever. I love her to bits. She says I'm her best friend. :3 She also has the biggest fro of any person I've ever seen, and it is the greatest.

Hmm, that's probably true. Do you have trees that change color in the fall too? :o
