Have you guys seen any of John Green's videos on Youtube? He's a very entertaining guy. There's always something educational, too. He also does a series of videos w/ his brother Hank called Vlog Brothers.

I've got a varied interest when it comes to fiction. Some of my favorite writers are Orwell, Vonnegut, Robert Anton Wilson, J.P. Donleavy & Aldous Huxley. My favorite writer is Hunter S. Thompson. He really crossed the line betwixt fiction & reality & had a great, warped sense of humor. Read a couple of things by Robert Charles Wilson which were good. I'm very sure you're familiar w/ @ least 3 or 4 names on that list, but you should check some of the other's stuff out, too.

I do this and this for cardio and strength respectively. I can highly recommend them both!

Was thinking of starting up the Starting Strength program, since I have the gym membership and all. I just don't know where to fit it in. Do I replace the bodyweight exercise with the weights? I JUST DON'T KNOW.

Ah well, if you just get yourself a good pair of shoes and you'll probably be alright on concrete. Why not just go back to the track? Everybody there started somewhere, so you needn't worry about your Gym Fright*.

Yup! You'll probably find yourself shaking uncontrollably for the first few weeks, but it's easy enough to spend 20 minutes on it every day, and you'll quickly see improvements. I wouldn't be surprised if your arms vibrated like crazy during the Warrior 2 pose and your legs spazzed out in the Chair pose. xD

*Technical term for fear of being judged when starting exercise. Totally legitimate.
