As long as I kept them separately, I think it'd be ok to have seals an chocobos at the same sanctuary.
The great sanctuaries are the chocobo ones...So, you should chose seals or chocobos? I don't think they'll get fine with each other!

It certainly would. I want an animal sanctuary. Then when those evil idiots go to club seals to death, they'll be disappointed to find there isn't any there, because they'll all be at my sanctuary.
