No, I don't. Yesterday I gave myself the challenge of punching a parcel hard enough, that it would fly from my bedroom, out into the landing, an down the stairs. I didn't think I'd be able to do it, but I managed it in perfect fashion. I was so impressed that I didn't punch it again, because I knew whatever I did couldn't compare to that.
