I was wondering, is there a difference between seals and sea lions?

Yeah, there is. There is quite a lot of differences actually. But assuming you don't want to read an enormous amount about every little difference, I'll just tell you the basic diffrences. Sea lions have small ear flaps, but Seals don't. Their ear holes can be visible though. Sea lions can move their rear flippers forward, so that they can walk on land, using all four flippers. Seals can't rotate their back flippers forward though, so they drag their rear flippers when their on land, an shuffle along on their tummy. Sea lions have longer flippers, an their flippers aren't clawed, but seals have short flippers with claws.
