Well, you keep saying stupid crap to somebody until they suffer a massive mood polarize, which is when you shout: "I was just playing silly buggers!" and all is back to normal. Scoring works by two variables: How long you can be a silly bugger for, and how many lines you can get in. Some states have different sets of rules, for example the combo rule where you can build up a huge combo resulting in gargantuan points but if you fail you have to admit you are a silly bugger!

How do you play? (I hope it not like one of those games that Hawkeye plays with little children you know, Monopoly I think it's called)
