That's a lot of sleep. I'm lucky if I get 6 hours of sleep. It doesn't bother me though anymore. Sleep is supposedly good for you though so, it's good you get a good nights rest.

Yeah. Oh well, I spose we have to do it. I know that if I don't get enough sleep I end up with morning headaches, so I try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep on a work night. Days off I don't worry about the time I stay up till because I can sleep in in the morning.

I think the same thing. There's so many others things to be done other then sleeping. To bad it just kind of sneaks up on you.

Long day huh? I usually have long days. I find sleep to be a waste of time because there's so much I want to do during the time I am awake. I know I have to sleep but.......yeah.

I probably should. It's 11:00pm here but, I've been up since 4:50am.
