Do Make Say Think are great, I recommend any of their albums. Fly Pan Am my favourite. Really weird noise-ish stuff, their more recent album, N'écoutez Pas is their best, I think. It has more post-rock than any of their others.

Uhmm, on Constellation bands like Glissandro 70, Polmo Polpo, Hangedup, 1-Speed Bike, Black Ox Orkestar and Hrsta are all definitely worth a listen. I could go on about other bands outside of Constellation, but I think I'm going to save myself the trouble. ;P

I haven't heard much about Mr. Bungle. I'll give them a whirl sometime. And if you haven't already, check out Constellation records. Godpseed and ASMZ are on it, but it has a ton of other great bands too that deserve listening.

Yes, God's pee are certainly awesome. I recommend A Silver Mount Zion, most of their members were a part of God's pee, so they are similar, well kinda.
