Yeah, there are several differences in the manga. Like the dying will bullet actually hits the target, and kills them. Then they revive and lose all their clothes.

The anime covers everything except for the current manga arc, and a couple pieces of the daily life arc, so I wont spoil what happens in it. You should start reading at chapter 283.
