Snow is only pleasant if you're skiing/snowboarding or the ilk. Otherwise it's just an icy inconvenience.

Don't usually get snowstorms though, we leave that to the rest of ya. The snow falls too lightly, and only in the southern states (which nobody really cares about )

I swear it's just to bring attention to ourselves xD But no, we always do things hardcore. I suppose floods are better than bushfires in that some stuff is salvageable. The loss of life is still minimal, which is fortunate. Though there's now houses completely submerged. The water level is something like 20m above ground height in some places.

If I avoid toilets at all cost then that headline will never eventuate! But yeah, just riding it out. Forecast shows more rain, though light. People used to bitch about not having enough rain. Moderation would be nice though xD

It's rather close. I mean, it's rained here pretty heavy but it's nothing too bad where I live. I have relatives in a town where there are now 6 dead which is only about an hour away by boat car. And the whole of Brisbane is being flooded. I think everybody has relatives trapped there. It's just incredible, the sheer amount of water being dumped on our asses.

So far everyone I know is fine, so it doesn't seem quite as bad. But man, some people's houses are just gone. Bridges washed away too. The damage is going to be intense once the water subsides. But hey, we're aussies, it's not the worst thing that's happened to us and we'll get our together as soon as possible

You don't need a good film to have fun! There's a whole lot of water around at the moment, I would consider canoeing if I didn't run the risk of finding bodies
