In the options when you create the post, you gotta select "HTML enabled, don't convert line breaks". Sadly that means that when you actually do want line breaks in your post, you have to either use <br /> tags or surround your paragraphs with <p></p> tags (usually a combination of the two).

Not in Edinburgh, actually. xD It only snowed once last year and that wasn't much of it, either. The year before that, though, that winters was horrific. It'll depend on how far away you are from the center of city when it snows, I suppose, because it depends on the snow they get where you're staying...

So long as you're in the center of the city (Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile etc), I wouldn't worry about anything like that. There's always a way to get around the central city. Also, we've had bugger all snow and it didn't stop the buses when it did come.

It's impossible to miss Princes Street Gardens - the main street is Princes Street, and one side of the road is the shops and the other is the Gardens, and just beyond the Gardens is Edinburgh Castle, lording over the city.

If it's good weather, feel free to go up Calton Hill as the view is pretty awesome. Arthur's Seat is also pretty epic but more of a struggle for many to climb. Princes Street Gardens are lovely, there's a Butterfly & Insect World you can get a bus to which is pretty great if you feel like holding a tarantula or snake (don't worry, you don't have to do that, it's awesome anyway). But mostly just enjoy yourselves. Will you be staying long? Maybe we'll be able to meet up for a drink or something if time allows for the both of us. =]

I didn't even realize they got rid of the front site. That's cool about Shlup and Del, though. I'm glad the site got recognition. I'm not going to deny my love for the Final Fantasy series has gone done considerably, either. I guess a lot of other people feel the same way about the series or Square Enix in general.

I don't thing EoFF with ever be as popular as it was back then. Those were some fun times. Maybe one day it'll get big again.

Gotcha. Sundays better then nothing though. Anything fun happening around here since I've been gone? I've noticed some of the old regulars don't come by much anymore. I just realized I haven't been really active since 2007! Time flies.
