Just took a glance. It's great that you have all that figured out. Although I don't know if excluding item evolutions isn't too restricting, since a lot of fan favorites do that, but you do have a point that it might really interfere with the raising period. I could see trade evolutions happening - but that's only if everyone decided to post their parties in the raising stage thread and were willing to help each other out. Otherwise, we run the risk of cheating, so that's a great preventative measure you took there

I think we might have a vote on that once we start nearing tournament time. I think that will influence the time limit for the raising, since we'll need more time if we want people to be able to reach level 50. And it also depends on how much time they want to invest in it.
