    No, but Grandia is like almost identical. You play a guy who is helping a girl on her pilgrimage, and there's a church that, uh... you know, and there's even a lion guy that uses a spear except he's red and actually useful in battle. It still has a way better battle system and lots of party interaction. I seriously recommend it.

    It has a very similar plot to FFX, but it's not really a case of plagiarism since they came out around the same time. Still, the resemblance is uncanny, but I think Grandia II does a better job with it, and it has an action turn system similar to Child of Light. I'd really recommend it. I think it recently got a new PC rerelease.

    Though I have to say, my wife didn't enjoy Persona's system at all. Wonder how she'll like the press-turn system... But SE gave us the Brave/Default mechanic, which is rad!
