Hey I'm the same way, I understand. Maybe you have a crazy grandmother like I do that ruined food. ;P But yeah food is just...blegh. And now you've probably got a super small stomach. Soup is always good to eat when you don't really want FOOD. I dunno. I haven't fixed this problem myself so I don't know what to tell you.

I know someone else who has a lack of appitite recently and it makes me very sad and worried.

I think my other problem is the fact that every day I eat next to nothing, and no I'm not anorexic. I just dont ever seem to have a taste for anything and when I eat when I'm not hungry I feel sickish or dont eat much of it.

Oh yeah that's a good idea too. Odds are it will be gone by tomorrow. If it isn't, well. That's the end of that.

My first girlfriend told me the best thing to do for that was to put some water to boil in a pan with a mug in it, and then when it's hot, wrap it in a towel and hold it on your stomache. I cannot confirm it's worth, seeing as I don't have periods myself, this is merely what i've been told. It's worth a shot

edit: Actually, I was thinking about doing that. I think my periods going to come soon so its screwing me up and thats what I usually do when I'm having cramps.
