Celes was once a great Queen. She ruled the great city of City City for many hundreds of years, and because she was such an amazing queen nobody minded. In fact, everyone was happy!

Everyone, that is, except Quin. Quin had been trying to win the queen's heart for 96 years, but he never succeeded. Quin was the most attractive man in the world, and the only women who could resist him were the ones in love. But Queen Celes wasn't married! She didn't even have a boyfriend! How could she be in love???

On Christmas day of the 97th year of trying, Quin decided to sneak into the Ham Palace and see just what the hell was going on. He climbed inside a box, and got his friends to wrap him up. This would make him seem like a big Christmas present. How sneaky. His plan worked, and he ended up in Queen Celes' room, unwrapped. He heard voices and peeked through the peephole in the box.

"Oh I'm so glad you're here! I missed you so much!" he heard Celes say.
"It's OK. I'm here now. You know I'd never miss a Christmas with you." replied a deep male voice. Quin had heard this voice before, but couldn't remember where from.
"I love you so much!" He heard Celes say after he had tuned back into the conversation, but tuned out again when it all got too saucy.

As he kept listening to the man's voice, he suddenly remembered where he'd heard it before!

"ALAN CLAUS???" he cried, as he burst from the box.
"HO HO HO! What do we have here?" laughed Alan Claus.
"But....b-b-but......what?" said Quin.
"HO HO HO! I've just finished delivering the presents, young Quin, and now I'm getting my own. It's what I've always wanted...." And Alan Claus looked deep into Celes' embarrassed eyes and smiled sweetly. They were clearly deeply in love, and Quin finally understood why he had never captured her heart.

"We're leaving now Quin." Said Celes, in that beautiful voice she has. "I'm going to spend the rest of my days with Alan Claus. I need you to take my place as Ruler of City City."
"Me?? But why?" asked Quin.
"You can pull just about anyone! You have amazing charisma!" laughed Celes.
"Oh. That's true. Bye then. Have a Happy Christmas."

And with that, Queen Celes and Alan Claus rushed off into the night, never to be seen again. City City still remained the happiest place ever, under Quin's charismatic rule.
