on my 3rd entry in to firefight mode I got more than you have done, ok so I was working with psy but thats my individual score what was higher I got over 300k points, don't ask about paul the mother smurfer (laser duties obviously he's better with that than I am under fire) got over 1 million points.

I found 26 of them on my own, the last 4 I needed a guide for, I gave Dan the link already, surprised someone has such a detailed link already tbh they've got screen shots and I would say the accuracy is like 99% if you look for the map location they give it'll be around there somewhere just run around in visr mode and you'll see it.
